About the event
Our team consists of both veteran and 'civvy' health and wellbeing professionals that deliver an itinerary of outdoor fitness, yoga, meditation, mindset coaching and alternative therapies such as sound healing and cold water therapy.
Our workshops work on self awareness, discovery, mastery and self care, each guest leaves with a personalised plan to continue to impact all aspects of wellbeing and become part of our online community for continued support, cameraderie and accountability.
The estate is set in the beautiful surroundings that is Shropshire near to the Welsh border, it really is the ideal setting to invest in your all round wellness. The accommodation is in shared country houses across the estate, all with a generous amount of bathrooms and shared areas for down time; including a swimming pool and pool tables.
We ask for a minimum contribution of £100 to secure your place, this can be refunded at the end of the experience or you can pay it forward into the Veteran Retreat Club CIC.
