The Summer Veteran Day Retreat at Branston Golf & Country Club

This one day event is a great way to take a little time out to indulge in your personal self care.  

You can expect a professional, quality and genuine service from start to finish that will allow you to train, rest and restore completely.

Think revitalisation, rejuvenation and refocusing your whole lifestyle and improving your health and well-being, from the inside out.  

The intinerary includes outdoor fitness for all, life-coaching workshops, yoga, meditation and sound healing and is a great stepping stone into our 4-day veteran retreats, but equally, can be used as solo experience.

All prices include the itinerary and coaching, refreshments and food and access to the health facilities.  Behind the scenes we are working on an overnight stay package too - ask for details!

Ticket prices vary to make it accessible for all.  We ask for a minimum contribution of £35 or £60 to secure booking, the price differs due to single person or two people on the 'Bring-a-Buddy' initiative.  If you are in a position to pay the full cost please do so, you can also PAY IT FORWARD for a friend too.

Although this retreat is a veteran retreat, it is not a requirement that 'BUDDIES' attending are too, you can bring friends, partners, children etc (over 16's only), please note that veteran and buddies will be split for a small section part way through the day to work on themselves as individuals.
